The proposed Affordable Housing Amendment, zoo levy, library levy and sale of the Southern Railroad will be the subject of a lunch and learn at Christ Church Cathedral, 318 E 4th St  Thursday at noon sponsored by Applied Information Resources. Bring a bag lunch or purchase one on-site.
